Wayne David Quinn, born July 12, 1949, died March 8, 2013, at his home surrounded by family. His wife Joanne, and daughters Caileen and Angela held his hands as he took his last breath. Cancer took over his body, but never his spirit.

His GrandGirls Kylie and Elise Balyeat and Aja Aiello loved to listen and dance to Poppi playing his accordion and guitar. Wayne’s life was full of joy, happiness and music. His never-ending talent with any instrument he touched was captivating and brought so much richness to those around him.
Wayne was an altruistic soul … dedicating his life to those in need. As a registered nurse with Health Care for the Homeless, he spent many years serving the needs of the poor in Seattle. He worked with intelligence, compassion, respect and humor.
Wayne is survived by his wife Joanne, daughters Caileen Balyeat (John) and Angela Quinn (Stephen Aiello) and three granddaughters. His father William T. Quinn; brother William T. Quinn, Jr. (Suzanne); sisters JoAnne Benard and Joyce Maher (Kevin); sister-in-law Mary Pat Tiedemann (Toni Couteaux); and many cherished nieces, nephews and extended family.
His mother Edna Quinn preceded him in death.
